Over the years Jay Industries has created world-class capacities and capabilities. We have a world-class infrastructure with highly mechanized and versatile foundries, state-of-the-art machine shops with large-scale process capabilities, and a sophisticated testing lab to produce high-quality precision engineered components.
Jay Industries has two foundries, a casting foundry and a forging foundry, for castings and forgings, both of which are equipped with the most up-to-date, fully automated and numerically controlled facilities and equipment.
Well equipped wax pattern shop with fully automatic and semi-automatic wax injection presses. Humidity controlled shell room with modern equipment for building strong shells Melting shop for high frequency induction melting furnaces of 300 Kg. capacity, and aluminium melting & holding Furnaces. Fettling shop with pencil hand grinders to heavy swing frame grinders Heat treatment facility with a battery of atmosphere controlled furnaces, muffle furnaces, forced air circulated tempering furnaces and induction hardening machines for a variety of heat treatment operations

Equipped with 90KW electric heated bell type furnaces. 3 Ton per hour continuous quench and temper automated line with polymer and water quenchant. Electrically heated solution annealing and ageing furnace for Aluminium heat treatment. Pit Type furnace with vertical loading facility with controlled atmosphere. Nitriding furnace for die heat treatment.
